the original Ma's "No Foolin'!" Marmalade is a unique New England taste treat, made following a family recipe that's been handed down over four generations. Best P. B. & J. ever!  Our customers say, "It tastes like Christmas!", and we can't argue.

Pull Up A Spoon!

 "Wicked Good!"

Not just a quaint expression!  Medium heat. This formula is identical to our well established "Jeesum Crow!"  Mild variety.  Except that in Wicked Good! we swapped out  the thai bird chili for orange habanero.

We really love that it gives you something to think about, but is not torture.

 "Holy Hannah!"

Once upon a time we'd have settled on two flavors. Then we came on with a third. But the heat lovers were always after us to make one that they could enjoy. So we went into the kitchen and worked on it. The result is our "Holy Hannah!" Hot with 5X Habanero chili than our "Wicked Good!" Directly in a grilled cheese, on a burger, or with just about anything. It's got a kick.

"Jeesum Crow!"

Ma's "Jeesum Crow!" Marmalade with Thai Chilis is the best friend of any cheese or charcuterie board, but it's equally at home in a P. B.& J.  Substitute Ma's Marmalade for apricot jam in any Baked Brie recipe. In fact, use Ma's Marmalade as a glaze on almost any meat or fish. We promise the kids will eat it!
